- Richard E. Wiley Inducted Into the Consumer Electronics Hall of Fame
Wiley Rein managing partner Richard E. Wiley was inducted into the Consumer Electronics Hall of Fame during an awards dinner in Phoenix, AZ on October 20. Wiley, a former chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), received the honor for his "pivotal role in the development of HDTV" and "serving as Chairman of the FCC's Advisory Committee on Advanced Television Service for nine years." Joshua S. Turner, a partner in Wiley Rein's Communications Practice, has been named to the National Law Journal/Legal Times' list of "40 under 40," which recognizes young attorneys who "have already made their marks in private practice, in government agencies on Capitol Hill and with public interest groups."
