Attorney for our Washington, DC office with eight to ten years’ of antitrust experience working in private practice with experience at either the Department of Justice or the Federal Trade Commission. Candidate will work closely with attorneys throughout the firm on a variety of antitrust matters including counseling, trade, merger review, and government investigations. Candidates should have substantial experience with counseling clients on regulatory antitrust matters and filings. Experience with litigation is a plus. Intellectual Property Counsel
Attorney for our Washington, DC office with 4 or more years’ patent litigation experience and a background in organic chemistry, biochemistry, or similar areas to assist our highly regarded Intellectual Property practice. The ideal candidate will have ANDA experience and experience handling inter partes review at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Candidate will work closely with partners on all aspects of patent litigation, including pre-trial preparation, motions practice, discovery, drafting pleadings, depositions, and working with experts.
