International Trade Analyst
- International Trade Analyst for our Washington, DC office
- At least 2 years of regulatory/policy experience with antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings
- Candidate will review questionnaire responses, draft deficiency comments, prepare regulatory updates and communicate with clients on a regular basis, as well as work with government and industry personnel.
- Preferred candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with organization and efficiency.
- Ideal candidates will possess a strong client service orientation and the ability to work well in a team environment
- SAS programming skills and/or experience in export controls, sanctions, and customs are a plus
- All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references
International Trade Associate
- Junior to Mid-level associate for our Washington, DC office
- At least two years of law firm experience preferred
- Seeking candidates with trade remedies (including antidumping and countervailing duty), export controls, and/or national security matters experience

International Trade Associate (Export Controls)
- Mid-level associate for our Washington, DC office
- At least 4 years of export controls (EAR, ITAR), OFAC/economic sanctions, international trade and/or CFIUS experience
- Government experience is a plus

- Mid to senior-level associate for our Washington, DC office
- At least five years of demonstrated trade remedies experience (including antidumping and countervailing duty experience)
- Seeking candidates with the ability to lead substantially all aspects of cases before the Department of Commerce or US International Trade Commission -- experience with matters before Department of Commerce or US International Trade Commission is essential
- Familiarity with trade issues, policies, agreements, and negotiations

Privacy, Cyber & Data Governance Associate
- Mid-level associate for our Washington, DC office to join our busy and expanding privacy, cyber & data governance practice.
- At least 3 years of cyber and privacy experience or experience handling government investigations or litigation with an interest in cyber and privacy.
- Seeking candidates that have experience with evolving privacy and data security laws, compliance counseling, regulatory and enforcement work, and/or breach or security incident handling.
