Wiley Rein's Megan Brown Discusses AEP v. Connecticut with Bloomberg Law

Megan Brown, a partner in Wiley Rein's Appellate and Litigation practices, was interviewed for a Bloomberg Law Podcast previewing the high-profile Supreme Court case AEP v. Connecticut. During the interview, Ms. Brown provided an overview of the dispute, reviewed the various legal arguments being made and offered insight into how the Justices may decide the most important environmental case to come before the Court in years.

"What's different about this case is the remarkable relief requested, which is a federal court injunction basically imposing caps on carbon dioxide emissions by these particular defendants and then ordering specific reductions--to be determined by the federal judge after a trial of some sort--over a period of at least 10 years." said Ms. Brown.
