Oklahoma Bans Contributions during Regular Legislative Session

Effective November 1, Oklahoma now bans lobbyists and lobbyist employers from making or soliciting contributions to state legislators and candidates for the state legislature during a regular session of the Oklahoma legislature. The contribution and solicitation ban covers the session itself through five days after the session ends.
