Use of New LDA Filing System Becomes Mandatory For April 2015 Filings

The Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House have announced that use of the new web-based filing system for quarterly LD-2 reports and LD-1 registrations will be mandatory after the January 20 deadline for 2014 fourth quarter LD-2 reports.  LD-1 and LD-2 reports will not be accepted through the old IBM workplace forms viewer system after January 20.  Use of the new system has been optional for some time.

The new system allows filers to draft and submit LD-1 and LD-2 filings through a website rather than using a file and program saved on their hard drive.  The new system is available here.

No changes to the LD-203 system are being made at this time.
