Environment & Safety Practice Chair David B. Weinberg Named a "Leading Lawyer" by Chambers USA

The 2011 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business recognizes Wiley Rein’s Environment & Safety Practice chair David B. Weinberg as one of the Washington, DC-area’s “Leading Lawyers” in Environmental Law.  Commending him as a “Notable Practitioner,” Chambers notes that Mr. Weinberg “maintains his position as a leader in occupational health and safety, transportation, product safety, electronics and battery issues and pesticide regulation.”

With more than 30 years of experience in administrative and environmental law, and a focus on occupational health and safety, transportation, product safety and pesticide matters, Mr. Weinberg is praised by clients to Chambers as “extremely knowledgeable, analytical and business-oriented.”  He has been listed for over a dozen years in “The Best Lawyers in America,” rated by the Euromoney Legal Media Group as one of the world’s leading environmental lawyers and named one of “America’s top 20 environmental lawyers” by the Guide to the World’s Leading Environment Lawyers.  This is the fifth consecutive year Chambers has named him a “Leading Lawyer.”
