Wiley Rein’s Laura Foggan Named to CGL Reporter Editorial Board
Laura A. Foggan, chair of Wiley Rein’s Insurance Appellate Group, has been appointed to serve as a new, senior member of the CGL Reporter Editorial Board. Practicing for more than 25 years, Ms. Foggan has made significant contributions to the development of key insurance law precedents across the country. She serves as lead counsel in trial and appellate matters involving complex insurance claims under general liability and other policy forms and counsels insurers on emerging exposures, including Section 111 Medicare secondary payer compliance. She has participated in more than 200 insurance coverage appeals nationwide.
