Robert McDowell to Discuss Future of Internet Governance at World Media Policy Forum
On Wednesday, June 3, Wiley Rein partner Robert M. McDowell will be a featured panelist at the World Media Policy Forum in Washington.
The discussion will focus on the future of Internet governance and its possible implications for the media industry. The panel will also feature Brad White, Director of Communications, North America, for the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).
Mr. McDowell, who served as a commissioner on the Federal Communications Commission from 2006 to 2013, joined Wiley Rein’s preeminent Communications Practice in 2014 and is a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute.
The World Media Policy Forum is organized by the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers, in cooperation with the Newspaper Association of America. The forum is part of the 67th World News Media Conference at the Washington Hilton.
