Chambers USA Ranks Wiley Rein’s Privacy Practice Among Nation’s Best; Kirk J. Nahra Receives Top Tier Honors for Four Straight Years

Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business once again ranks Wiley Rein’s Privacy Practice as one of the best in the nation. Practice chair Kirk J. Nahra is named a “Leading Lawyer” in his field, again securing a top tier ranking. The practice is also one of only seven firms in the nation to receive “spotlight” recognition for its work on data privacy matters in the healthcare sector.

A source tells Chambers, “I would give them extremely high marks in all categories, including prompt response time.” Best known for its specialist knowledge of healthcare privacy and data security issues, the group offers “expert advice in a range of areas including the formation of security policies and the handling of data breach events,” Chambers says.
