ADVERTISING TRANSACTIONS
Drawing on the expertise of attorneys in our Business and Finance Practice, the Advertising Practice Group handles advertising contract negotiations, which involve licensing of trademarks, logos, patents, musical compositions and soundtracks, motion picture and television film clips, literary works and related entertainment properties.
