Jeremy represents clients in a variety of complex litigation and regulatory matters in the area of telecommunications. He also counsels clients concerning compliance with federal statutory requirements and regulatory obligations.

  • Represents clients in complex litigation involving the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and state regulation of wireless and wireline telecommunications services.
  • Represents clients in regulatory proceedings, including rulemakings and enforcement actions, before the FCC and other federal agencies.
  • Counsels telecommunications clients on compliance with federal regulatory obligations, including emerging issues in the area of cybersecurity.
