Nina counsels and represents government contractors on a broad range of government contracting issues, including bid protests, contract claims and disputes, subcontracting issues, and regulatory compliance.  

Representative Experience

  • Prosecutes and defends bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims.
  • Represents government contractors in disputes with the federal government, including appeals of contracting officer final decisions to the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
  • Advises government contractors in negotiation of teaming and subcontracting agreements and represents clients in prime-subcontractor disputes.
  • Advises clients on Medicare contracting matters related to Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) procurements and associated contract administration and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Defends MACs in provider and durable medical equipment manufacturer suits, addressing issues unique to federal contracting including contractor immunity and agency indemnification.
  • Reviews and updates government contractor codes of conduct and advises on compliance issues.
  • Counsels clients in obtaining information and protecting their own or government proprietary and confidential information under the Freedom of Information Act.
  • Litigates commercial disputes in state and federal courts.
