- Clients include reorganizing businesses, creditors, creditors' committees, bankruptcy trustees and purchasers of distressed assets both in and out of bankruptcy.
- Represents major creditors, creditor groups and insurers in complex chapter 11 cases, including US Airways, WorldCom, United Airlines, Movie Gallery and Frontier Airlines.
- Counsels franchisors in franchisee insolvencies, receiverships, workouts and chapter 11 reorganization cases.
