REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Represents clients before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), state agencies and state and federal courts.
- Counsels pharmaceutical, food and nutritional supplement manufacturers and distributors on all phases of FDA, state and local regulatory requirements.
- Counsels pharmaceutical, medical device, food, beverage and consumer product manufacturers on developing constitutional and statutory defenses in product liability litigation.
- Works with medical product manufacturers, health care organizations and others on liability reform issues.
- Represents pharmaceutical and consumer product manufacturers in litigation challenging federal and state regulatory actions and in product liability litigation.
- Specializes in counseling pharmaceutical manufacturers on Hatch-Waxman issues.
