His experience includes representing chapter 11 debtors and bankruptcy trustees in business bankruptcy cases in many industries, including: mass media, automotive, legal services, aviation, retail, manufacturing and food and beverage. Mr. Trache has substantial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in avoidable preference, fraudulent conveyance, claim objections and other bankruptcy litigation. He has been certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification since 2007.
