Greg has a multinational practice in aviation transactions, including aircraft acquisitions and related contracts, equipment finance and FAA / DOT regulatory compliance.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Advises clients on business formation (corporation, LLC, LLP and partnership), private equity, mergers and acquisitions, debt finance and strategic alliances.
- Represents clients in aircraft and aerospace transactions, including sale and purchase of commercial and business aircraft, leasing and ownership structures in compliance with applicable aviation laws and regulations and negotiation of major upgrade and maintenance contracts.
- Assists clients with corporate control counseling, including representation of individuals and companies in the preparation of control-related agreements (buy-sell, shareholder agreements, voting agreements and proxies) and representation of shareholders and corporations in contested control actions.
- Represents clients in technology-related contracting, including outsourcing, software development and licensing and technology distribution and transfer contracts.
