REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Represents professional liability insurers in coverage, bad faith and rescission litigation around the country at the trial and appellate levels and in arbitration proceedings.
- Addresses complex coverage issues involving related claims, no “loss,” insured v. insured exclusions, and prior knowledge and warranty exclusions.
- Provides strategic counseling to insurers in connection with underlying exposures presented by corporate scandals, securities and derivative litigation, government investigations and bankruptcy.
- Experience in securities fraud litigation, telecommunications litigation and class action defense.
