REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Conducts research for and drafts pleadings in federal and state courts addressing a wide variety of procedural and substantive legal issues for clients involved in complex insurance litigation.
- Counsels insurers on potential coverage issues and develops litigation strategies.
- Provides legal guidance to insurers on compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and comparable state laws.
- Represents pro bono clients in proceedings to secure Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits.
