Attorney for our Washington, DC office with at least 8 to 10 years’ experience with FDA-regulated products to join our highly regarded Product Regulation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FDA regulation of medical devices, including counseling clients regarding the FDA regulatory system for review and authorization, how to respond to enforcement actions, and strategies for submissions of comment on proposed rulemaking.
