Election Law Staff Attorney
Staff Attorney for our Washington, DC office with at least one year of legal and compliance experience to join our highly regarded Election Law & Government Ethics practice. The ideal candidate will have filing and research experience and possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and be able to prioritize competing deadlines. Prior paralegal experience is preferred but not required. Candidate will work directly with clients. Opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized practice group leaders. Attorney for our Washington, DC office with at least 8 to 10 years’ experience with FDA-regulated products to join our highly regarded Product Regulation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FDA regulation of medical devices, including counseling clients regarding the FDA regulatory system for review and authorization, how to respond to enforcement actions, and strategies for submissions of comment on proposed rulemaking.
