Environment & Safety Associate

Associate for our Washington, DC office with 1 – 3 years of experience in regulatory environmental, hazardous materials or consumer product regulatory matters to join our highly-regarded Environment & Safety practice.  Ideal candidates will have pesticides, chemicals, hazardous materials, product stewardship, or consumer product regulatory experience.   Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines are sought to assume responsibility in our nationally recognized practice group. Food & Drug Consulting Counsel

Attorney for our Washington, DC office with at least 8 to 10 years’ experience with FDA-regulated products to join our highly regarded Product Regulation practice.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the FDA regulation of medical devices, including counseling clients regarding the FDA regulatory system for review and authorization, how to respond to enforcement actions, and strategies for submissions of comment on proposed rulemaking.  Opportunity to gain significant responsibility and direct exposure to clients.  All candidates should have excellent academic credentials and references.  This is an hourly, independent consulting position.  

TMT Special Counsel

Attorney for our Washington, DC office with at least five years’ of telecom litigation experience.  Ideal candidates are independent and creative thinkers, organized, detail oriented, and team players.  Academically distinguished applicants with superior writing and research skills, strong analysis, and experience with deposition prep and managing e-discovery (familiarity with Relativity is desired) are sought to assume responsibility for complex, high value cases.  District court clerk experience preferred, but not required.  Please note that this is a non-partnership track position with a 1,900-billable hour requirement.
