Food & Drug Consulting Counsel

Attorney for our Washington, DC office with at least 8 to 10 years’ experience with FDA-regulated products to join our highly regarded Product Regulation practice.  The ideal candidate will have experience in the FDA regulation of medical devices, including counseling clients regarding the FDA regulatory system for review and authorization, how to respond to enforcement actions, and strategies for submissions of comment on proposed rulemaking.  Opportunity to gain significant responsibility and direct exposure to clients.  All candidates should have excellent academic credentials and references.  This is an hourly, independent consulting position.  

Intellectual Property Staff Attorney

Staff attorney for our Washington, DC office with more than four years of experience with trademark prosecution and maintenance, opinion work, proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and drafting responses to the United States Patent and Trademark Office to join our highly regarded Intellectual Property practice.  Copyright and domain name experience is a plus.  All candidates should have excellent academic credentials and references.

Telecom, Media, & Technology Associate

Associate for our Washington, DC office with 1 – 2 years of experience counseling telecom and mass media clients on compliance with federal and state regulatory obligations.  Experience with the Federal Communications Commission is preferred.  Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines are sought to assume responsibility in our nationally recognized practice group. Staff Attorney for our Washington, DC office with at least two years of legal experience to join our highly regarded White Collar practice.  The ideal candidate will have experience working as a member of large document review teams, proficiency with Relativity, knowledge of document review workflows, and have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.  Foreign language experience is a plus, but not required.  All candidates should have excellent academic credentials and references.
