Health Care Associate
• Associate for our Washington, DC office
• 1 – 2 years of law firm experience
• Health care transactions experience and general knowledge of the health care industry and government health care programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) preferred
• Significant experience in contract drafting and editing
• Candidates with excellent research, writing and analytical skills and high attention to detail are sought to assume responsibility in this nationally recognized practice
• All applicants should have strong academic credentials and references

Insurance Litigation Staff Attorney
• Staff attorney for our Washington, DC office
• At least one year of litigation experience
• Insurance experience preferred, but not required (group will happily train new hire on insurance subject matter)
• Day-to-day work will include supporting the Insurance Group’s strategic counseling and litigation services:

    • Analyzing litigation filings and developments
    • Drafting updates and summaries of key litigation filings and developments
    • Reviewing defense invoices for overall reasonableness and deductions according to insurance company litigation management guidelines
    • Preparing spreadsheets with defense payment recommendations
    • Drafting routine coverage correspondence
    • Researching insurance coverage-related issues.

Telecom, Media, and Technology Privacy Special Counsel
• Attorney for our Washington, DC office
• At least eight years of cyber and privacy experience
• Experience with privacy compliance, data and information management, surveillance laws, and incident handling is preferred
• Client-facing role with significant responsibility
• Non-partnership track position with an 1,800 billable hour requirement

International Trade Associate
• Junior associate for our Washington, DC office
• 1 – 2 years of law firm experience
• Trade remedies experience (including antidumping and countervailing duty experience) preferred, but not required
• Experience with matters before Department of Commerce or US International Trade Commission is a plus

International Trade Associate (Remedies)
Mid to senior-level associate for our Washington, DC office with at least five years of demonstrated trade remedies experience (including antidumping and countervailing duty experience) to join our nationally recognized International Trade practice. Experience with matters before Department of Commerce or US International Trade Commission is essential. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines are sought to assume a client-facing role with significant responsibility. 

International Trade Export Controls, Sanctions, and Customs Associate
• Associate for our Washington, DC office
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience with export controls, sanctions, or customs.
• Candidate must be familiar with export compliance and export controls regulations – specifically with Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic Arms Regulation (ITAR)
• Experience dealing with the Office of Regulations & Rulings at U.S. Customs & Border Protection is a plus, but not required.

White Collar Staff Attorney
Staff Attorney for our Washington, DC office with at least two years of legal experience to join our highly regarded White Collar practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a member of large document review teams; proficiency with e-discovery; knowledge of document collection, review, and production workflows; and have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. Relativity experience is required. Foreign language experience is a plus, but not required. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials and references.
