FCC Sets Comment Deadlines for Proposal to Streamline Assignment/Transfer of TV Satellite Stations

Based on yesterday’s Federal Register publication, comments on the FCC’s proposal to streamline the process of applying to assign or transfer control of a television satellite station are due on May 11, 2018. Reply comments are due on May 29, 2018.
