Alert

Nationwide EAS Test on September 27, 2017. Form One due by August 28, 2017.

August 15, 2017

On September 27, 2017 at 2:20 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, FEMA will conduct a Nationwide EAS test. Similar to the last nationwide test, all stations must file a Form One prior to the test, a Form Two the day of the test and Form Three after the test.

Form One is due by August 28, 2017
Form Two is due 11:59 pm on September 27, 2017
Form Three is due by November 13, 2017

Forms One, Two and Three can be accessed from the ETRS portal, found here. ETRS works best when using Chrome rather than Internet Explorer.

Accessing the ETRS system to file Forms One, Two and Three now requires a FCC Username and password.  To set up a FCC Username, click here: https://apps.fcc.gov/cores/userLogin.do, then click the Register button.  Once the FCC Username is activated, it must be associated with the FRN of the station.

Please feel free to contact one of the attorneys listed here or the attorney with whom you regularly work for assistance with ETRS or obtaining a FCC Username.
