What You Will Hear:
This extended (90 minute) Boot Camp will review:
- Recent, significant legislation and regulations affecting contractors, including pending legislation and proposed rules;
- 2010 and 2011 policy initiatives aimed at government contracting practices; and
- The most important Federal Circuit decisions issued in 2010 and 2011 relating to government contracts.
Boot Camp materials will be made available during the program via webcast and subsequently distributed to participants for future reference. Wiley Rein will assist you with CLE credit.
