Wiley Rein & Fielding Assists National Security Archive in Supreme Court Case

Washington, DC—Thomas W. Brunner, chair of Wiley Rein & Fielding’s Privacy and Insurance practices co-authored an with former WRF attorney Meredith Fuchs, who is now General Counsel at The National Security Archive at George Washington University. The brief was filed on behalf of the Archive in the U.S. Supreme Court case Department of Treasury v. City of Chicago. The case addresses the balance to be struck between disclosure and protection of personal privacy under the Freedom of Information Act.
