Wiley Rein's Leland Jones Earns Business Insurance Magazine's 'Break Out' Award

Washington, DCLeland H. Jones IV, partner in Wiley Rein’s Insurance Practice, was named a recipient of a ‘Break Out’ Award by Business Insurance magazine last week. The annual awards program honors 40 top professionals on track to be the next leaders in the risk management and property/casualty insurance field. Mr. Jones is one of three outside counsel who were selected for the award, which also recognizes risk managers, brokers, insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, MGUs, wholesalers, captive managers, TPAs and other service providers in the commercial insurance sector. Mr. Jones advises insurers on potential coverage issues and assists in monitoring complex litigation and regulatory investigations under directors and officers, media and technology errors and omissions, lawyers malpractice, cyber, bankers, investment advisors, financial services, fidelity, fiduciary, and employment practices liability policies. He also counsels professional liability insurers in coverage litigation in state and federal courts across the country.
