  • Defended the CFO of a major trucking company who, after being charged in an indictment accusing him of 126 felonies and demanding $40,000,000 in forfeiture, resolved the case for a single misdemeanor, receiving probation and no forfeiture.
  • Represented a government contractor during civil and criminal investigations into its alleged involvement in what has been described as one of the largest bribery and kickback schemes in the history of federal contracting.
  • Represented the CFO of an international petroleum industry company in an FCPA investigation.
  • Responded to multiple, concurrent investigations by three different committees in the House and Senate, as well as a barrage of media inquiries regarding a high-profile, politically charged government IT project.
  • Defended Members of Congress related to House and Senate ethics investigations and related criminal and civil allegations.
  • Defended several businesses and executives in DOJ Public Integrity investigations relating to conduit contributions.
  • Defended a foreign generic pharmaceutical manufacturer in a government pricing investigation.

  • Defended a major hospital in an FCA investigation involving Stark Act and anti-kickback allegations.
  • Defended several corporate executives in international cartel investigations.
